Studio Assistant
This is an excellent opportunity to work behind the scenes in a floral company. The position is entry level part-time Tuesday-Friday with some weekends and evenings for event set up and breakdown. The position requires 20-25 hours per week. The job tasks include but are not limited to flower intake and processing, plant care and maintenance, packaging orders for delivery, taking phone orders, maintaining store floor design, maintaining organization and light cleaning of design space, completing deliveries and running errands. Our ideal candidate will be motivated, organized and willing to “pitch in” for a busy floral company. While this is not a floral design position the candidate may be considered for a floral training position after a 6 month period.
Marketing and Social Media Intern
This is a part time intern position for approximately 8-10 hours per week. We are looking for a detail oriented creative person to move our marketing and social media initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a formal background in marketing and social media training. The position includes but is not limited to maintaining social media outlets, development of a quarterly newsletters, coordination and communication for special events, relationship and partnership building.
